The Reinforced Barrelincreases both bullet velocity and damage range, helping you out when enemies are beyond extreme close range. Then, you should equip the Ranger Foregripfor extra sprint speed and horizontal recoil control.

The Commando Grip improves mobility in all the most important ways, increasing ADS and sprint to fire speed, and the Extended Mag IIgives you 55 rounds in the mag, which is enough to take down a trio without having to reload.
